CBD Molecule

CBD is a natural molecule that’s found in plants of the cannabis species. This compound is typically used to reduce pain and inflammation, as well as symptoms of anxiety or depression. Recent research has even suggested that it’s useful against some viruses. It is not known exactly how CBD does this, but it’s likely through the body’s endocannabinoid system.

CBD is one of two well known molecules from the cannabis species, the other being THC. Unlike THC, which is still federally regulated, CBD was legalized as a part of the 2018 Farm Bill.
